Return Policy
Remember, we are primarily selling used items. In most cases, items are in close to perfect in condition, but may also have flaws that do not deter from overall appearance, like very small faint stains or pin holes. Obvious flaws will be listed in the item description. Sometimes I miss things, so I want you to be able to return your item if you are not completely happy. You may return your purchase within five days for a refund, minus shipping. I ask that you review the sizing information prior to ordering, to avoid the hassle of having to do a return. Sizing information is extensive and meant to help you avoid returns.
Shipping
I use only the US Post Office for shipping. Delivery confirmation is mandatory on all orders and automatically included in the fee’s collected. Insurance is optional for an additional fee, but only covers damage to the package en route, and not if the package is lost. I am not responsible for packages lost in transit. However, I’ve never had a lost package to date!
Returns
Here’s what to do:
1) Contact us to let us know you’re returning the item. Include your item number.
2) Include a copy of the sales receipt with your return to ensure proper credit. Please include the reason for return on your enclosed copy of the sales receipt. If there are flaws I missed or a gross error in sizing, please let me know so I can correct the item description when it gets relisted.
Your account will be credited as soon as the item is returned, usually within two weeks. If possible, I will email you that your credit or debit card has been credited. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.
Exchanges
I am happy to make an exchange whenever possible. If you want to exchange an item, contact us and reserve the item you wish to have shipped in exchange. I will email you if the item isn’t available. Then follow the return instructions above. The new item will ship when the old item is returned. If you’re in a hurry, you should probably go ahead and order the new item, indicate that the new order is an exchange in the comments window, then return the old item for a refund. |
